1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and csino ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the csino platform, including but not limited to account registration, gaming activities, financial transactions, and use of customer support services.
By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply accessing any section of the csino platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement along with all other policies referenced within it — including Privacy Policy and guides Responsible Gaming.
2 Member Eligibility
To use the csino platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
- Not previously designated as a self-excluded individual by csino or any recognised responsible gambling programme.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Not acting as a representative or agent on behalf of a third party who does not meet the above requirements.
3 Registration & Account Management
3.1 One Account Per Individual
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at csino. This includes using different information to register additional accounts, using a shared IP address, or any other method to circumvent this restriction. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all winnings and balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. csino reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing the first withdrawal or for any amount exceeding the set threshold. Documents that may be required include a national ID, bank statement, and proof of payment method.
3.3 Account Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for keeping your csino account password and login details confidential. csino will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact csino support immediately.
4 Deposits & Payments
Csino supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including FPX, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method; the latest information is displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the csino platform.
- Csino does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own fees.
- Csino reserves the right to decline or suspend deposits that raise suspicion of money laundering (AML) or fraud.
- Deposits made via payment methods not registered in the member's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
5 Withdrawal of Winnings
Withdrawal of winnings from your csino account is subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered under the same name as the csino account holder.
- All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with an active bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed, or for withdrawals that exceed the verification threshold.

- Csino reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security or compliance review purposes.
5.1 Processing Time
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are processed in under one hour. Bank transfers via FPX typically take 15 minutes to one hour depending on the bank involved. Any delay beyond this timeframe without notification from csino can be investigated through customer support channels.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program
All bonuses and promotions offered by csino are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all csino promotions are as follows:
- Each member is entitled to one bonus offer per promotion type unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
- Csino reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if a member is found to be abusing the promotions system.
- Multiple accounts created to obtain additional bonuses will be terminated and all associated wins will be confiscated.
- Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled within the validity period set for each bonus.
- Expired bonuses will not be automatically renewed.
7 Rules & Game Fairness
All games available on the csino platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by internationally accredited independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.
7.1 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, server disruption, or any issue that prevents a game from completing normally, csino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account. Winnings achieved during sessions affected by technical errors may be subject to review.
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the csino platform:
- Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play.
- Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized gains.
- Collusion between players in games involving player-versus-player competition.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
- Threats, intimidation, or inappropriate language directed at staff or other members.
8 Account Security & Member Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your csino account. csino bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by member negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices to log in.
- Use a strong, unique password for your csino account — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection.
- Do not log in to your csino account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
- Regularly review your account login history to detect any suspicious activity.
- Fully log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 By Member
Members may close their csino account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed to the registered payment method. Any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
9.2 By csino
Csino reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:
- The member is found to have violated any provision of this Agreement.
- Registration details found to be false or misleading.
- Accounts involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the promotions system.
- There is a directive from the relevant authority to do so.
10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The csino platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, csino disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding use of the platform, including continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Csino is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, or unauthorized access not caused by csino's own negligence.
Gambling involves real financial risk. Members are fully responsible for their gaming decisions and the funds wagered. csino encourages all members to play within their means and make use of the self-management tools provided.
11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Csino reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address, with at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except in exceptional circumstances requiring immediate action.
Continued use of the csino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without penalty.
